To prevent complaints from other hotel guests, please follow the rules when staying with a pet:

• The pet must be vaccinated and free of fleas and ticks.
• The hotel reserves the right to refuse accommodation for very large or aggressive animals.
• Pets are not allowed in the lobby without supervision.
• Pets are not allowed in the rooms without supervision.
• Pets are welcome at the hotel reception.
• For extra safety please leave your pet in a cage when leaving the hotel room
• It is strictly forbidden to wash the pet in the shower / bath. Only washing the paws is allowed.
• Pets are not allowed in the bed.
• Use a collar when walking with your pet. Animal waste should be placed in a plastic bag and thrown away in nearest bin.
• Please avoid walking in the parking area with your pet.
• If possible, please do not comb or clean your pet in the room.
• Please do not bring a pet with you to breakfast and dinner.
• Hotel staff have the right to require the owner to leave the hotel when pets cause disturbance.
• The hotel reserves the right to request compensation for the damages made by the pet.
• Please contact the reception when you wish to have the room cleaned. If possible, please observe the usual cleaning times.

The pet owner is fully responsible for the behavior of their pet. The hotel reserves the right to request extra charge if your room needs additional cleaning after your departure.
