Family vacation
Two children up to 6 years of age can stay with their parents in the same room for FREE!
A baby cot can be used on request. For the accommodation of a child aged 7-12, an extra bed charge of 30 EUR/night applies. For children aged 16 and older, an extra bed charge of 40 EUR/night applies.

Pets in the hotel
We consider pets part of the family, which is why they are always welcome to stay in our hotel.
Pet fee is 30 EUR / night
Let us know if you will be bringing a pet with you when booking a room at reserv@uhotelsgroup.com so we can select a suitable room fo you.
Make sure to read our hotel’s pet policy before arrival.
Breakfast
Breakfast is available Mon-Fri 8:00-10:00, Sat-Sun 8:00-11:00.
We offer our guests a buffet-style breakfast prepared only from the best and freshest ingredients to guarantee a positive start to the day. As a result, we have created a rich buffet breakfast menu, where everyone can find something suitable.
If you have chosen accommodation that does not include breakfast, it is possible to enjoy breakfast for an additional fee of 18 EUR/person.
Room Service / Daily Cleaning
We want your stay at the manor to be as undisturbed as possible, which is why we do not perform daily cleaning.
You can order extra towels, change of trash cans, change of bed linen, and additional items for the room by calling the hotel reception at the short number 100 or by writing your request to our WhatsApp number +372 504 8199.
NB! Please include the room number in the message.
Vihula Manor Restaurant
Please plan your time for dinner well in advance!
Vihula Manor Restaurant is open:
- Mon-Fri 18:00-22:00 (kitchen until 21:30)
- Fri-Sat 18:00-23:00 (kitchen until 22:30)
Please arrive for the dinner at the reserved time. If you are more than 15 minutes late, the restaurant has the right to cancel the reservation.
Kids Playground
Open every day from 10:00 to 22:00
The manor has a playroom open for children, where both boys and girls have a great time. The game room is located on the first floor of the Main House.
NB! The use of the playroom is the responsibility of the parents.
Eco-SPA
Vihula Manor Eco-SPA is a boutique spa located in a peaceful countryside and gives you the opportunity to wind down and relax. The spa combines the manor’s historical atmosphere and luxury with modern comforts.
The SPA offers various massages, treatments for the face, body, hands and feet. Our therapists are also there to help you find the most suitable massage or treatment.
If you cancel the reservation, please do so at least 24 hours before the start of the treatment. In case of later cancellation or no-show, the full price of the treatment is charged.

There are drink and snack machines in the sauna center, and to use them you should have a bank card with contactless payment or the option to pay with a mobile phone.
PLEASE BRING ALONG TOWELS FROM YOUR ROOM!
NB! The sauna center is closed on the first Monday of every month for maintenance work from 110:00-15:00.
