
VIHULA MANOR SAUNA CENTRE RULES
To ensure you enjoy a peaceful and safe spa experience at Vihula Manor Sauna Centre, please read our good practices and usage guidelines. For the sake of common well-being, we follow simple principles that help ensure a pleasant and relaxing environment for all guests.
- Traditional swimwear – a swimsuit or swimming trunks – is required for enjoying the pool and sauna.
- If the youngest family member has not yet been toilet-trained, please use a swim nappy.
- Please shower before entering the pool or sauna.
- The pool and saunas are unsupervised.
- Choose a swimming area or attraction according to your ability and a sauna according to your health.
- Do not jump into the water.
- Take it easy in the spa and move carefully – running and rushing on wet floors is dangerous for yourself and others. Wearing slippers in the sauna centre is mandatory.
- Vihula Manor accepts no liability for injuries or health damage.
- Please pay attention to the instructions and signs in the sauna centre.
- Visitors use the sauna centre at their own risk. Children up to 14 years of age may only use the sauna centre when accompanied by an adult.
- Do not leave children unsupervised.
- Please do not leave valuables unattended. Vihula Manor accepts no liability for items left in the cloakroom or changing room lockers.
- If you have consumed excessive amounts of alcohol, we ask you to leave the sauna centre for safety reasons.
- For safety reasons, the use of glass containers and bottles in the pool and saunas is prohibited.
- In the event of dangerous or inappropriate behaviour, a spa member of staff may ask you to comply.
- Swimming aids are available for young children.
- For cleanliness and wellbeing, use the towels on the shelves for sitting in the sauna. After use, place the towel in the designated collection basket.
- When entering the sauna, leave your slippers outside the door.
- Whisking with birch branches is not permitted in our saunas.

- Alcohol, narcotics, psychotropic substances and other intoxicating substances are not permitted on the sauna centre premises. Possession or use of these is strictly prohibited.
- Bringing glass containers and consuming your own drinks on the sauna centre premises is prohibited. Fine 500 €.
