SPA GUEST BEST PRACTICES

To fully enjoy the spa treatments, a few rules must be followed.
Please take a moment to read through them.

SPA OPENING HOURS & TREATMENT TIMES
These apply according to advance bookings. To ensure that your desired treatment is available at your preferred time, we ask that spa treatments be booked at least 24 hours before your arrival at Vihula Manor.

BOOKING TREATMENTS
Please contact the spa reception, where you will be helped to choose the most suitable treatment for you. We recommend booking treatments in advance so that you can get exactly the treatments you want at a time that suits you.

ARRIVING FOR YOUR TREATMENT
We ask you to arrive at the spa 10–15 minutes early so that you have time to  change, relax and prepare yourself for the upcoming experience before the treatment begins. Please note that if you are late, your treatment will be shortened by that amount of time.
The spa provides all necessary towels, bathrobes and slippers for your visit.

CANCELLATION OF BOOKING
Full payment applies for all treatments not cancelled at least 24 hours before the start of the treatment. In the case of late arrival, your treatment will be shortened by the amount of time delayed.

SPA ETIQUETTE
The spa atmosphere is calm and conducive to relaxation. Please respect the other spa guests’ rights to privacy and quiet. For this reason, the spa is a mobile phone-, camera- and smoke-free zone.

HEALTH CONDITIONS 
When making a booking, please inform the spa attendant of any health conditions, including allergies or injuries, that may affect your choice of treatments.

PREGNANCY
Expectant mothers and breastfeeding mothers are also welcome to our treatments. Please consult the spa attendant about which treatments are most suitable for you during this special time.

THE SPA IN YOUR HOME
Most of the products used in the spa treatments are available for purchase at the spa reception, so that the pampering spa experiences can continue at home as well.

Vihula Manor spa reserves the right to make changes to the treatment list and prices published on the website.
